I’m Zsófia Bedi, a Hungarian visual artist. My work flows between painting, sculpture, and textiles — a space where gesture and material meet. I paint to process emotions I can’t express in words, exploring the connection between color, form, and feeling.
The materials are at the heart of what I do; they guide me. Painting with my hands lets me connect in a raw, direct way — it’s as if my whole body becomes part of the process.
I’m fascinated by what can’t be seen — those emotions that live beneath the surface. Through texture and movement, I try to create something that speaks to the senses more than to reason. For me, painting isn’t about what you see, but what you feel — an open space where each viewer can find their own meaning.
